Guide to Australian Longevity Services

We track Australian longevity services ranging from full longevity programs through to individual blood tests and body imaging. The longevity market is maturing and you have increasing choice as to what approach to take (see our guide). Our data is checked regularly and is based on publicly available information and 3rd party ratings.

No provider can ever pay for a better position in this table. Commission — where it exists — never influences sort order, filtering, or which providers get a detail card.

The Options: Full Service Programs or Specific Testing

Every count and price range below comes straight from the comparison table — nothing here is a rounded estimate.

Not sure where to start?

Tell us whether you want one provider to manage it all or you'd rather assemble it yourself, then a few short questions on budget, location and preferences — get a ranked shortlist, with an optional emailed copy. Never a single pick, and never a sale.

Straight answers, sourced

How do you list providers?
Every price, panel and claim on this site was checked directly against the provider's own website — not a search snippet, not a press release — on the date shown against each entry. Prices and panels change; treat a "checked" date as an expiry, not a guarantee. There are no star ratings or written reviews hosted here — where an outside reputation signal exists (Trustpilot, Feefo), it's cited and dated instead of reproduced as our own. There are no paid placements or affiliate links on this site today; if that changes, it will be marked plainly next to the listing it applies to, and no provider will ever be able to pay for a better position in a table or a spot in the quiz shortlist. Full detail, including exactly what "core markers" means, is in the comparison page's FAQ.
What is Build My Longevity?
An independent, Australia-first comparison and matching site for longevity and health-screening services — blood-panel testing, whole-body imaging, DNA/epigenetic age testing and bundled longevity programs. Every fact is checked directly against each provider's own site and dated; nothing is guessed.
How is this different from a review site?
This site doesn't host star ratings or personal reviews of any kind. Trust comes from direct, dated verification of each provider's own published claims instead — where an outside rating genuinely exists (Trustpilot, Feefo), it's cited and dated, never reproduced as this platform's own.
Do providers pay to be listed, or to rank higher?
No. No provider can pay for a better position in the comparison table or a better spot in a "Find your test" shortlist. If a commercial relationship with a provider exists in future, it will be disclosed plainly next to that listing — it will never affect sort order, filtering, or which providers appear.
Is anything on this site medical advice?
No. This is a factual comparison and matching tool. It never interprets what a test result means for you, never recommends a course of action for a health concern, and never implies a listed provider's own advice is this platform's advice. Speak to a qualified Australian health professional for anything like that.
How do I find the right test without reading the whole table?
Take the quiz. First it asks whether you want one provider to manage everything or you'd rather assemble it yourself, then a few short questions on budget, location and preferences — returning a ranked shortlist with a one-line reason for each match. It never narrows to a single recommendation.
