22 providers across longevity programs, blood tests, body scans and DNA tests. Prices in Australian dollars, as each provider publishes them.
Each sells a longevity test or program to consumers, publishes an Australian price on its own site and says what's included. Programs must also cover more than blood testing and include a review of your results. How we choose.

What's in each test
Every fact below comes from the provider's own site and is dated. "Not stated" means we checked and it wasn't published. Quotes are the provider's own words, not our assessment. These follow the filters above.
Core markers are our own fixed list. Blood tests are checked against 8 markers: ApoB, Lp(a), hs-CRP, HbA1c, a full lipid panel, a hormone panel, vitamin D and iron studies. That's usually a smaller number than a provider's own advertised total, and each provider counts its total differently.

HealthScreenThe HealthScreen Program (Platinum $5,900) · Bundled diagnostic$3,500
A one-day in-clinic diagnostic bundling a 100+ biomarker blood profile, ECG, CT calcium score (if clinically indicated), targeted MRI, and carotid/thyroid ultrasound — not a single-modality test. The GrimAge Biological Age Test is a separate $950 add-on to this base program (bundled in at no extra cost on the $5,900 Platinum tier, which also adds an InBody scan, nutrition assessment, microbiome test and a 167-gene cancer/cardiac panel). Corrected 6 Sep 2026 — an earlier pass on this page had priced HealthScreen at $950 as a standalone DNA test, which was itself a mistake; this supersedes it.

A yearly membership, not a standalone test: two blood tests a year measuring 150+ biomarkers, four appointments a year with TMRW's clinical team, and a doctor-reviewed plan. Its epigenetic test (Cellular Insights, $99/month: two tests a year with biological age, pace of ageing and organ-system ages) and its daily supplement pods (Precision Pods, $149/month) are now separate add-ons. Until our 10 Oct check TMRW sold a $199–$299/month membership with the supplement pods included, so this is a different product, not a price drop.

What Australian guideline bodies and studies say about each kind of test, with sources. This page compares providers; it doesn't tell you whether to test. Your GP can.
Blood tests
What it measures: Markers in a blood sample, such as cholesterol, blood sugar (HbA1c), thyroid hormone (TSH), vitamin D, iron studies and hormones. Panel sizes vary, by each provider's own count.
Who guideline bodies say it is or isn't for: The RACGP's Red Book (its guidelines for preventive activities in general practice) recommends assessing diabetes risk every three years from age 40 with a tool such as AUSDRISK, and a fasting glucose or HbA1c test for people at high risk. The 2023 Australian guideline for assessing and managing cardiovascular disease risk recommends a risk assessment, which uses cholesterol results, for people aged 45 to 79 without known heart disease (from 35 for people with diabetes and 30 for First Nations people). The Red Book doesn't recommend screening adults without symptoms for thyroid problems (a strong recommendation). The RACGP's Choosing Wisely guide says not to routinely measure vitamin D in the general population, only in people at high risk of deficiency.
Better health outcomes shown? These recommendations cover one condition at a time. None of the Australian guideline bodies we checked has assessed large multi-marker panels as a whole.
Limitations and harms: The Red Book says screening and treating people without symptoms for thyroid problems can cause harm through overdiagnosis and overtreatment. The RACGP says vitamin D deficiency doesn't yet have a universally defined lab value, and advises using the same laboratory when a level is retested.
What it measures: Whole-body MRI, sold by OneMRI, Prenuvo and Whole Body MRI on the Gold Coast (wholebodymri.com.au), takes images of organs and tissues, without radiation; one Whole Body MRI package adds a low-dose chest CT. DEXA, sold by MeasureUp, uses low-dose x-rays to measure fat, muscle and bone.
Who guideline bodies say it is or isn't for: The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR) doesn't recommend whole-body MRI screening for people without symptoms who haven't had cancer and don't have an inherited cancer syndrome. The RACGP and Healthy Bones Australia osteoporosis guideline says there isn't enough evidence for population screening with bone density scans; it recommends a risk assessment first for postmenopausal women and men over 50, and its bone density test is a DXA of at least two sites, including the lower spine and hip. The National Lung Cancer Screening Program offers a free low-dose chest CT every two years, through a GP or other healthcare provider, to people aged 50 to 70 without symptoms who smoke or quit in the past 10 years and have smoked at least 30 pack-years. The 2023 Australian cardiovascular risk guideline doesn't recommend a coronary calcium (CAC) score as a population screening test (a strong recommendation), and says it can be considered to refine risk for some people assessed at low or intermediate risk.
Better health outcomes shown? RANZCR says there is currently no evidence of significant improvement in health outcomes from whole-body MRI screening of people without symptoms, and no evidence that it has any net effect, positive or negative, on illness or death.
Limitations and harms: RANZCR says incidental findings can lead to significant and unnecessary anxiety, further tests (including biopsy) and substantial downstream costs, and that a large share of them are benign or unlikely to affect health or survival. It adds that many significant diseases can't be seen on whole-body MRI, so false reassurance is a risk. For a CAC score, the cardiovascular guideline lists a low radiation dose (similar to a mammogram) and possible further tests for incidental findings such as lung nodules.
What it measures: The epigenetic age tests here, sold by Elemental Health & Nutrition and Muhdo Health, measure DNA methylation, chemical tags on your DNA, and feed the result into an algorithm called an epigenetic clock that estimates a "biological age".
Who guideline bodies say it is or isn't for: We found no Australian guideline body (RACGP, RCPA or NHMRC) that has assessed epigenetic age tests for consumers. A 2024 review in Nature Medicine says "no consensus exists" on how these biomarkers of ageing should be validated before they are used in the clinic.
Better health outcomes shown? The same review describes these measures as possible stand-ins for health outcomes in trials, once they have been validated. It doesn't report that using them has improved anyone's health.
Limitations and harms: In a 2022 study in Nature Aging, technical noise made repeat measurements of the same sample differ by up to 9 years on six well-known clocks. The authors' retrained versions agreed within 1.5 years for most repeats.
What it measures: A bundle of tests with clinician review. Depending on the program, that means blood panels, imaging such as DEXA, MRI or a CT calcium score, and sometimes epigenetic or genetic tests.
Who guideline bodies say it is or isn't for: We found no Australian guideline that assesses a bundled program as a package. Each part is covered by the sources in the other panels: the RACGP on individual blood tests, RANZCR on whole-body MRI and the cardiovascular risk guideline on CAC scoring.
Better health outcomes shown? For whole-body MRI screening of people without symptoms, RANZCR says there is no evidence of significant improvement in health outcomes.
Limitations and harms: RANZCR's concerns about incidental findings, further tests and cost apply to the whole-body imaging some programs include. A CT calcium score adds a low radiation dose, which the cardiovascular guideline compares to a mammogram.
Not medical advice. Whether any of these tests makes sense for you is a question for your GP.

How do you list providers?
Every price, panel and claim on this page was checked against the provider's own Australian website on the date shown, not a search snippet or press release. Treat that date as an expiry, not a guarantee. Prices are in Australian dollars, shown the way the provider publishes them. Blood tests are checked against our fixed list of 8 core markers (ApoB, Lp(a), hs-CRP, HbA1c, a full lipid panel, a hormone panel, vitamin D and iron studies), which is a different and usually smaller number than a provider's own advertised panel size. "Not stated" means we looked and the provider didn't publish it. This page has no star ratings or written reviews of our own; where an outside rating exists (Trustpilot, ProductReview.com.au, Feefo) it is cited and dated. No provider pays to be listed, and none can pay for a better position: the default order groups providers by type and sorts them by price. Spotted something that's changed? Tell us through the contact form and we'll check it before updating the page.
Is Function Health available in Australia?
No. Function Health is confirmed US-only: its own FAQ says the service runs through 2,000+ Quest Diagnostics labs across 48 US states, with no mention of international shipping or membership. Checked against functionhealth.com, 3 Nov 2026.
Is Superpower available in Australia?
No. Superpower's own FAQ lists the US states it serves and nine it doesn't reach yet, with no availability outside the US stated anywhere on its site. Checked against superpower.com, 3 Nov 2026.
Can Australians order an InsideTracker test?
Not in any practical sense. InsideTracker's own help centre says it does not plan to expand international blood draw services and cannot provide DNA services to customers outside the US. Checked against InsideTracker's help centre, 3 Nov 2026.
What's the cheapest longevity blood test in Australia?
It depends on how you count. Paying per test: MediTests $289, Wellbeing George $310, Express Pathology $599. As a membership, over the first 12 months: Agency Health $365, TMRW $365, Listen Health $495, Vively $1,188, Hemexa $1,199, ThriveRx $1,598. Panel sizes differ a lot by each provider's own count, so compare what's included, not just the price.
Checked 3 Nov 2026
Which Australian providers include ApoB and Lp(a) without an extra charge?
Listen Health, Hemexa, i-screen and Everlab include both in their standard panel. MediTests and Bloody Good sell them as add-on tests instead. For ThriveRx, Wellbeing George and Express Pathology, we couldn't confirm both from the provider's own site. Agency Health, TMRW and Vively don't itemise their full marker list, so it isn't stated either way.
Checked 3 Nov 2026
Do I need a GP referral for these tests?
Not for any of the blood tests here, by what the providers say: Agency Health, TMRW, Vively, MediTests, Wellbeing George, Express Pathology and Bloody Good say no GP referral is needed (where one is legally required, the provider's own doctor issues it), and Listen Health, Hemexa, ThriveRx and i-screen don't say. Body scans vary: OneMRI says no referral is needed, Whole Body MRI (Gold Coast) says one is required, Prenuvo says one is required, MeasureUp doesn't say for Australia. If a referral is the point, talk to your GP.
Checked 3–5 Nov 2026
Which Australian providers offer a bundled longevity program rather than a single test?
5 on this page: Everlab ($2,999, per year · Protocol plan; in-clinic, Sydney & Melbourne + AU network); Eir Liv ($9,000/yr, top membership tier; in-clinic, Bondi Junction, Sydney only); HealthScreen ($3,500, program, one-off; in-clinic, Sydney & Melbourne); Bespoke Longevity ($4,999, Core package; in-clinic, Southport, Gold Coast); Longevity Medicine Institute ($8,500, Core program; in-clinic, Double Bay, Sydney). They cost more than a single blood test because they bundle several services and ongoing clinician access.
Checked 5 Sep–8 Nov 2026
Does Prenuvo (whole-body MRI) operate in Australia?
Yes. Prenuvo's first Australian clinic is open in Melbourne (Toorak), and its Australian site no longer mentions a Sydney clinic. The Whole Body scan is $2,999 and is reviewed by a registered radiologist. Price checked against prenuvo.com/au, 5 Nov 2026.
What's the cheapest longevity imaging option in Australia?
MeasureUp's $585 one-off bundle (Sydney & Brisbane) is the lowest-priced scan on this page. Whole-body MRI: OneMRI $2,990, Whole Body MRI (Gold Coast) $2,995 (from), Prenuvo $2,999.
Checked 3–5 Nov 2026
Does myDNA offer a biological age test?
No. myDNA is an Australian DNA-testing company, but its current range is pharmacogenomic (medication-response) testing only, from $149. It doesn't offer a biological or epigenetic age test. Checked against mydna.life, 3 Nov 2026.
Is Chronomics still available for a biological age test?
Not directly to individuals. Chronomics has moved to selling to clinics and health platforms only and rebranded as Hurdle. We found no working consumer store: on 3 Nov 2026 chronomics.com no longer loaded and hurdle.bio returned a server error.
Is there a way to get a personalised shortlist instead of reading the whole table?
Yes. Take the quiz. It first asks whether you want one provider to manage everything or you'd rather put it together yourself, then a few short questions on budget, location and preferences, and gives you a shortlist. It never picks a single winner, and the full table above stays open to everyone.
