All-in-one supplements, compared

9 all-in-one stacks sold in Australia, compared on what's actually dosed inside, the price per 30 days and whether each is listed with the TGA.

Each is sold for longevity as one daily product or kit, with an Australian price and a published ingredient panel. We never estimate a dose. How we choose.

Every panel checked 3–8 Nov 2026

Side by side

The evidence mix counts each stack's dosed ingredients by how strong the research is. Ordered by price per 30 days, not ranked.

Each brand's lowest price on its own Australian store, converted to 30 days where it bills in other cycles. Prices checked 3–8 Nov 2026. "Listed" means the product is on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods with an AUST L number, checked directly on the register 28 Sep–8 Nov 2026. The TGA doesn't assess a listed product's effectiveness before sale (see the FAQ). A test report shows what's in a product, not whether it works.

What a month costs

From $71.01 (Blueprint Longevity Mix) to $259.07 (DoNotAge routine) per 30 days. A longer ingredient list doesn't mean stronger evidence: compare the evidence mix above.

Testing

Blueprint publishes a lab report (certificate of analysis) for a Dec 2025 lot, testing for heavy metals and microbes.

We've seen that one report, not every batch.

Worth knowing
  • The only stack here with no NAD+ precursor (no NMN or NR). Its largest share is Tier 2, led by 2.5g of creatine and 1.5g of taurine.
  • Sweetened with allulose and monk fruit.

It isn't listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (searched 28 Sep 2026), so it has no AUST L number.

See the TGA's NAD/NMN safety alert for why that matters for NMN products.

Testing

Keeper publishes a Eurofins lab report for one production lot (Feb 2026) covering arsenic, lead, cadmium and mercury, and states every batch is tested before release.

We've seen that one report, not every batch.

Worth knowing
  • The second most Tier 3-heavy stack here after DoNotAge®, pairing two NAD+ precursors (NMN and NR) with several early-evidence "ageing pathway" compounds (fisetin, spermidine, Ca-AKG, apigenin, PQQ). Its Tier 2 base is substantial, including a full 2g of taurine.
  • The brand itself states the finished formula "has not been clinically tested" for its stated outcomes.

The brand describes itself as "TGA-approved"; for context, AUST L listed medicines like this one aren't individually assessed by the TGA for efficacy before sale (only AUST L(A) medicines have their claims assessed).

Worth knowing

Compositionally close to AgeMate (the same 500mg NMN and a similar vitamin/mineral base, from a different sponsor), but it adds a full 5g daily dose of creatine, the best-evidenced Tier 2 ingredient on this page.

Listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods as "Daily Longevity Stack" (ARTG 525489, sponsor Melrose Laboratories Pty Ltd, since 13 Apr 2026), the number Melrose gives on its product page. Its ingredient list matches the current formula. An earlier entry, "FutureLab Daily Longevity Stack" (ARTG 523527, 17 Feb 2026), also lists dimethylglycine, which isn't in the current formula.

Testing

No published batch lab reports. Melrose states it is "third party tested".

Worth knowing

This is the stack where the NMN regulatory-status check matters most directly, given how central it is to their own marketing copy.

Worth knowing
  • The mildest-claiming of the original four on its dosed actives — closer to "cover your bases" than "target ageing pathways."

It isn't listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (searched 8 Nov 2026 for "tmrw" and "drink tmrw"), so it has no AUST L number.

Its 500mg of NMN is at the TGA's daily maximum for NMN in listed medicines, but that limit applies only to products on the register. See the TGA's NAD/NMN safety alert.

Testing

NSF Certified for Sport: we checked NSF's register on 8 Nov 2026 and it lists this powder (12.1g serving) with nine lots. Its country of sale is given as the United States.

NSF Certified for Sport screens for substances banned in sport and checks the label. Tmrw's quality page says each batch has a Certificate of Analysis, but no batch report is linked from it.

  • Urolithin A, quercetin, apigenin and PQQ are named, but they share the ~800mg Longevity Activation blend with four other ingredients, so their amounts aren't known.
  • Some amounts are far above the daily values printed on the panel (vitamin B12 8,332%, vitamin B1 1,515%, vitamin C 444%). Our guide explains why that matters when you take several supplements at once.
  • The headline figures (for example "90% felt more energized") come from Tmrw's own survey of 1,300+ customers, not a trial. "Patent-pending formula" is the brand's claim.
  • The Australian page shows the US-style Supplement Facts panel, with US daily values. The seller is Drink Tmrw LLC, a Delaware company; the product is made in New Zealand and ships from the US or New Zealand.

From the panel

It contains Vitamin B6 at 5mg (294% of Daily Value) — exactly the kind of ingredient our guide flags, where a common vitamin most people get plenty of elsewhere can add up to more than intended once you're taking several supplements at once.

TGA register

It isn't listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (searched 28 Sep 2026), so it has no AUST L number.

Testing

No published batch lab reports. Brand's claimIM8 states it is NSF Certified for Sport.

Worth knowing

Markets a "12-week randomised controlled trial," but the headline stats shown (95% felt more energy, etc.) are self-reported survey results, not hard clinical biomarkers — a real trial, described in an inflated way.

Testing

Brand's claimDoNotAge states it is "Informed Sport certified" batch by batch.

Informed Sport screens for substances banned in sport, and you can look up a batch on its register. DoNotAge doesn't publish its own batch lab reports.

Worth knowing
  • Unlike AgeMate and Melrose (each with Tier 1 as its largest share, despite NMN/resveratrol-forward marketing), DoNotAge® is the most Tier 3-heavy of the stacks tracked here — over half its dosed actives target a specific ageing pathway with early-stage human evidence, matching its own marketing framing more closely than the other AU-available stacks do.
  • Three ingredients (SIRT6Activator®, Nitralis®, SulforaBoost®) are DoNotAge's own branded/proprietary compounds — filed by their stated mechanism (sirtuin activation, nitric-oxide/blood flow, Nrf2 pathway) rather than treated as a single well-known compound, since the exact composition behind each brand name isn't independently disclosed.
  • The brand states this routine was tested in a placebo-controlled human trial (citing a 76% average NAD+ increase and doubled well-being scores) — those are the brand's own reported figures as published on-site 14 Sep 2026; the underlying study's peer-review/publication status wasn't independently verified beyond that.

How we sort ingredients

One written rule, applied to every ingredient. Popularity and price play no part.

Supplement evidence, with sources

Tier 1

Strong evidence

A nutrient the body needs that many people fall short of, with meta-analyses of human trials showing a benefit.

In the most stacks here: Vitamin C, Vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12.

Tier 2

Moderate evidence

Real but small or mixed effects in human trials, or effects only on a blood marker.

In the most stacks here: L-Theanine, Vitamin K2 and Taurine.

Tier 3

Early evidence

Rests mostly on animal studies or small, short human trials.

In the most stacks here: Glycine, NMN and Ca-AKG.

Straight answers, sourced

Is anything on this page medical advice?

No. This page describes what's in each product and how strong the evidence is behind each ingredient, at a population level. It never recommends what you specifically should take. A GP who knows your health and your own lab results can tell you whether a supplement suits you in a way a general page can't; see our guide.

What does "TGA listing" mean?

A listed medicine is on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) with an AUST L number. The TGA checks listed medicines' ingredients for safety and quality, but doesn't assess each product's effectiveness before sale, so a brand calling a listed product "TGA-approved" overstates it. 3 of the 9 stacks here are listed: AgeMate Daily Longevity Blend, The One Daily Longevity Blend and Melrose FutureLab Daily Longevity Stack. We check each product on the register directly and date it. For NMN it matters more: since 10 Dec 2025 NMN is permitted in listed medicines only under conditions, including no more than 500 mg a day for 12 weeks or less, adults only, and NAD, NAD+ and NADH themselves are not permitted. The TGA's safety alert warns that NAD/NMN products not on the ARTG are likely being supplied illegally, so look for an AUST L number. More on NMN on our supplement evidence page.

How are ingredients sorted into tiers?

By a written rule applied to every ingredient. Tier 1: a nutrient the body needs that many people fall short of, with meta-analyses of human trials showing a benefit. Tier 2: real but small or mixed effects in human trials, or effects only on a blood marker. Tier 3: rests mostly on animal studies or small, short human trials. Popularity and price play no part. The rule, and the sources behind each ingredient, are on the supplement evidence page.

Are the stack breakdowns accurate?

Where a brand publishes a dosed ingredient panel (Blueprint Longevity Mix, AgeMate Daily Longevity Blend, Keeper Complete Longevity, The One Daily Longevity Blend, Melrose FutureLab Daily Longevity Stack, AG1's disclosed actives, Tmrw's disclosed actives and DoNotAge routine), the tier counts are exact, checked against that panel on the brand's own site. Where a brand doesn't publish individual amounts (AG1's two blends, most of IM8's formula, Tmrw's seven blends), we say so and keep those ingredients out of the counts. We never estimate a dose.

Does any brand pay to be on this page?

No. No brand pays to be listed here, and nothing a brand does can change its position or which tier an ingredient sits in.

Never ranked for money. No brand can pay to be listed, for its position, or for which tier an ingredient sits in.
